Per the meeting today, everyone was talking about little ways they organize themselves for wither a week or daily.
Here is the simple prompt I do on Friday on Sunday to prep me for next week.
1️⃣ Define Your Top 3 Outcomes (Results, Not Tasks)
“Based on my current goals, what are the three outcomes that would make this week a win?”
Then lock them in:
- Outcome 1:
- Outcome 2:
- Outcome 3:
Each outcome should be observable by Friday.
2️⃣ Define Your Top 5 Tasks (Actions You Control)
“What are the five actions most likely to produce those outcomes this week?”
Then write:
- Task 1:
- Task 2:
- Task 3:
- Task 4:
- Task 5:
If a task doesn’t directly support a top outcome, delete it.
