$54K deal signed. The approach is stealable.
Quick win: signed a $54K deal last week to bring AI-driven data intelligence to a client. The short version of the approach: companies are sitting on data they only use to report what happened. An AI intelligence layer turns that same data into teed-up decisions, what needs attention and why, before the week starts. Excited to build it. Happy to share more if there's interest. Happy 4th to all!!

Final Rankings for The 100
While I didn't make the top 10 and get an all-expenses-paid trip to the mastermind in LA, I do get to attend. I just have to pay for it myself. Overall, I cannot complain. I'm a little bummed because I have a $360,000 proposal I couldn't count on since I didn't have a signature yet. That would have made me in the top three. Had I not joined that group, I would not have had the cojones to price my last few deals the way that I have. And that includes my cohort. I plan to bring all of the things that I've learned in that group to any of you who would like it.

The Last day of "The 100"
I'm currently ranked 14th. The Top 10 get an all-expense-paid trip to LA with Sam Ovens (CEO Skool), Andrew Kirby, and Hormozi. I'm going for NO!!!! My goal was a $100k month. Technically, I might fall short of that, but I would've never gotten the $360k opportunity if I hadn't been pushing myself to the highest offer ever. 🫢😳 Yesterday, I got the green light for a 2-year, $360k deal (still needs board sign-off) $15k deal $5k deal (single coaching) $5k deal ( <2> PDP Certifications) Upgraded one client from $3k month to $5k month $9500 PDP Platinum Client My urgency continues to grow. I hope you all are still pushing and not getting bored with the outcomes you want. Go For No... Like our new banner?

We have a lot going on. Sorry for being less engaged.

May 1 - page report
Following the great examples of Benjamin Hardy, @Michael Clegg , and @James Stephenson , here's my first monthly report. I hesitated — this exposes some personal struggles — but if I can't be vulnerable here, where can I? This is the group I trust. And yes, I owe you an apology for missing several meetings last month. I miss you all. My focus for June is securing side income while IdaHealth, the startup where I serve as fractional COO, works toward closing its funding round. We have several professors ready to invest, which is encouraging. But I've learned the hard way: it's only real when the money hits our account. This morning, during my daily meditation, I read Matthew 6:25 — "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothes?" Two hours later, I received an email confirming a new project, an additional €3,000 for June. God provides.

@Michael CleggI don't think Job liked his struggles either. And I'm sure he carried sorrow for his children — maybe even trauma — for the rest of his life. But he acknowledged that God provides, and that his life depended on God entirely. Our struggles might be God's way of preparing us for something bigger; Joseph was imprisoned before becoming second-in-command in Egypt, saving his family from starvation. Moses was a murderer who fled into exile before leading Israel out of Egypt. David was anointed king but first had to run for his life from Saul. Daniel was taken into exile before becoming prime minister of Babylon — and glorifying God in the process. The pattern is hard to miss.
