Weekly Meeting - After thought
@Toby Weibye - thanks for calling me out on the mindset and how powerful it is what we say to ourselves! Doing my weekly checking after the meeting I got a kick out of the ChatGPT feedback on my whole week. Here is what it picked out. (too funny) The Real Improvement This Week (Important) This line matters more than anything you wrote: “I WON'T SAY I STILL SUCK at Sales anymore!!!” That’s not motivation. That’s identity correction. You replaced: - Identity judgment with - Behavioral analysis That’s exactly what this system is designed to do. This is why I am thankful for this group. Accountability, and different perspectives are game changers!
Another view of Commitment
Last night my pastor made a comment that struck me hard. He said, homicide and decide have the same root word (cide). When I make a decision, other things must die. As soon as he said this, I thought of commitment. To commit to one thing, you must let the other things go, or let them die, in order to focus on what I want and ultimately scale.

This was really good. Thanks @Mike Ludwig for sharing this.
Late to the Introduction Party 🥳
Hi everyone! I’m Heather 👋 I’m a homeschooling mom, retired young high school math teacher, and now online business owner who helps families learn how to make money online without living on their phone all day or burning out. I love cooking, baking, gardening, spending time with my family and I love Jesus! I focus a lot on: • simple digital marketing • multiple income streams • automation + systems that protect family time I’m here to learn, connect, and add value wherever I can. Happy to share resources if it helps — and excited to connect with y’all!

Welcome to the group Heather! I see automation and it makes me smile. Coming from a cyber security and technology background, I love to see businesses and people streamline their processes! I look forward to learning from you.
I went for no and got a yes!
Inspired by today's call. I just received an email from someone who read my e-book and had some comments. Instead or responding to his email with an email. I called and asked if he’d be interested about learning more about my program. He said yes🎉 We scheduled a meeting to talk about it on Monday. I was ready for him to say no… and was going to follow Ned’s advise on getting feedback. BTW - A great was to ask… is to use… “would you be oppossed to _______________” that “no” would mean a yes, and people would rather respond with a no than a yes, because it doesn't raise their subconscious sales deflection defense

Way to go @Chaz Horn and @Jon Hord thanks for the inspiration! You guys rock! I went for no on Tuesday this week and got 2 non-responses (that I will know track in my go for no spreadsheet), and 1 YES scheduled call on Monday to discuss my new IT Leadership development program. 3 down...22 more to go! Let's crush this first quarter to lay the foundation for an amazing 2026!!!!!
Word for the Year?
For this RTMG group it’s going to be Identity. What’s your Word for the Year? It’s hard to commit if you don’t know who you are or who you want to be. All actions should follow your commitment.

I narrowed it down to either Leverage "Is this Scalable?" or Decide "What am I avoiding deciding?" Now I got to pick one and use it.
