I am still very much in the research stage of my Etsy POD adventure and am finding Tom's video's extremely positive and inspiring. His enthusiasm is infectious isn't it? This forum is also helping to reinforce the feeling that this is worth investing some time and resource into. I’ve received my first complaint after 6 months of my shop being open. They have requested a refund and are complaining about the use of AI , so they are saying it wasn’t disclosed in the listing which it must be in Etsy. They want to return the print and are asking for a full refund. Unfortunately it’s a framed print so quite a big hit. What would you suggest. Thanks
