Shipping smaller sizes

I'm looking to add tracked 48 as a shipping option for customers to pay for if wanted as I'm finding that standard shipping it's taking longer then expected and customers are queueing where there order is.

How would I do this as I know anything A3 or bigger can go with Evri or RM. I wouldn't want a customer to pick RM48 for a bigger size and then their order gets shipped with Evri.
