Returns and exchanges
Can anyone help me with what to put for the returns and exchanges as I don't think I saw this was mentioned in any of the videos?

Personally I put no returns or exchanges. Someone mentioned something previously about having to offer returns to European customers due to consumer rights. The only time so far I have been asked for a return was because the customers partner didn’t like it and it was a present. I explained that we don’t offer returns unless the print is damaged or printed incorrectly. Printshrimp cover any damages in postage I believe. I then offered her a discount code which she accepted and gave me a 5* review.

Upscaling
Need a bit of help with up scaling. Up until now I’ve been upscaling the finished poster and not the image I’ve created on midjourney (apart from the upscale on the app). I’ve received an a2 order. I’ve upscaled the image separately to upload to canva but it says the image is larger than 50mb so I can’t. What should I do? Will it be ok to upload the exported poster as I was doing before as long as it meets the pts recommendation?

Quality
Hi guys! I just started 3 days ago, I'm worried about the quality of my pieces. I use midjourney to generate them, I rezise in canva (The way he showed in the videos) to fit all the sizes I'm selling on my product on Printshrimp. I save them from canva as PNG. Is the quality going to be okay?
