Is there an update on Etsy where when someone buys an item from your shop they automatically favourite your shop? My 2 sales today they’ve favourited my shop too. Didn’t know if it was an update or coincidence

Hey, a customer is requesting compensation after a poster arriving slightly creased in the middle. They have sent me a picture and I don't see anything serious. Should I refund? She is my repeat customer.
