Has anyone tried to use etsy's bulk editing tool and it didn't work? I wanted to use it to edit something on all of my descriptions it said that it updated successfully but it hasn't changed anything. Has anyone else had this? Also because it hasn't actually changed anything did it affect your shop's traffic?

Quick question, when people receive an order through etsy, do you order the print through Print shrimp in gloss or matte?

Does anyone here also offer digital downloads for custom orders to keep the cost down for customers? How do you do it, do you sent the file to their email once you have received payment. Do you sent only the size they request?
