Wondering how to get started using PrintShrimp to send your orders? Simply drop 'hey@printshrimp.com' an email!
You can send over your orders in a couple of ways-
-Via email, but just sending over the order details and attaching your files
-By uploading your files to a google drive folder, and then simply sending over your daily order sheet. Your SKUs must be matched up to your file names for this however!
-We are currently developing a customer portal where you can upload your orders, so keep an eye out for that!
-We will then send your orders, when possible from within your buyers home country. We have locations in the UK, USA and Australia, and are in talks with a Canadian location.
-You will then be provided with an invoice, and tracking will follow once we have it from our suppliers (they may not all arrive at the same time due to time zone differences between suppliers)

We can print on either gloss, satin or matte paper at all of our locations. Orders will be processed the same working day!
Also - if anything goes wrong with your order in transit, we have you covered! Delivery services do like to get rough with parcels every now and then, but if your order is damaged we won't have you out of pocket. We will send a free replacement for your customer - and we don't even require them to return the original.
