We just hit 100,000 orders on PrintShrimp ๐ŸŽ‰
Wow - can't believe I am writing this! Two of us started PrintShrimp about 18 months ago with no idea what we were doing, limited savings to live off, and a dream. Some of you may remember the days before we had an order portal - we literally accepted orders only via email for the first 6 months! We made an Instagram post to tell the story of how we got here, take a look :) https://www.instagram.com/p/DV_C73ZDAmH/?img_index=1 Don't let anyone tell you Etsy is too saturated - these 100,000 orders literally came from YOU guys! Feel free to take a look at the post and drop us a follow if you haven't already. THANK YOU to all of you for using PrintShrimp. This has been the best journey ever and we feel like we are just getting started ๐Ÿ™ Love to you all! โค๏ธ

Upsizing elements in Canva
Hello, I'm struggling to find the answer to this. I'm making posters in canva it's listed as A2 size. I'm using graphic elements , but stretching then over the entire poster - maybe 6 times the original size. Canva says they keep their aspect ratio when sized up. So they "look" ok. Does this mean they will be ok when printed say at A2 size or will they be less quality. For example think a zig zag pattern. Thanks !

@George Fitzgerald thanks I have this. Are you suggesting that I change the dimensions to fit the size I am producing when I save and this helps. The actual individual elements won't loose quality ?

@George Fitzgerald ok thanks
Sets - shipping
I have looked but can't find an answer. Sets - are loaded individually ? Do these also ship individually rather than together in one collared shipment ?

PrintShrimp FAQs - Please Read!
Hey guys, Thought it might be useful to have a big old list of our FAQs. Please take a read through this and familiarise yourself with how we operate! How do I place my orders? Placing your orders is very simple with PrintShrimp. Unlike other platforms, we allow to create your products on your marketplace of choice, and then come to PrintShrimp for fulfillment. You can manually place orders, by filling in your customers address and uploading your print file. We also offer Etsy integration, allowing you to fulfill your orders with the click of a button. Head to the integration tab, connect your Etsy shop, and then click 'Import Orders' in your create order tab. We let you have the final say before fulfilling your order, so your shop is in your hands. When and how are my orders sent? Due to our extensive network of printers, it depends on the country of fulfilment. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We print our orders on working days, but feel free to place your orders like normal on the weekends and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday. Our processing times vary from same day in the UK, to 2-3 days in other parts of the world. Please view of all of our processing and delivery times here. When can I expect to receive tracking numbers? You can normally expect your UK tracking numbers to become available at the end of the working day. In countries such as the US and also the EU, tracking is automatically added as soon as your order is shipped. You can see expected processing times, and therefore when you can expect your tracking, on our price table here. Please be aware that our locations open and operate in accordance with their respective time zones, and working days. The earlier in a day your order is placed, the faster we can get that order into production. Orders placed later in the day may not enter production until the next working day, due to when courier collections take place.
