Bulk List
I just noticed that the Bulk List tool doesn’t seem to export my edited descriptions to Etsy. The tool generates a description automatically, but I usually replace it with my own version before exporting. However, I just realized that those changes are not being saved, and the listing gets exported with the original AI-generated description instead.

@Max Murray I just tested it again with another new listing and it still isn’t working.

@Max Murray I just tested it and it’s working now šŸ‘ My description exported correctly this time. Also, were you able to fix the mockup that was generating the design incorrectly?
Good Etsy Profit Spreadsheet?
Does anyone have — or know where I could buy — a really good profit spreadsheet? Something where you enter the sale price and it automatically calculates fees, production costs, profit, etc. I’m starting to get more sales and I want to organize my numbers properly from the beginning
Varitions in Etsy
Hi All, I am still trying to set up my variations in Etsy which I am having some issues with. I have created sizes and Framed. Under sizes and framed I have entered the UK prices. When I then go and select domestic and global it cooies my UK prices into the everywhere else column. I change these to the correct column and enter the US and everywhere else prices and then select the preview which show the everwhere else prices. When I select save draft ot throws out an error. Whilst I have contacted Etsy has anyone else has this issue at all. Am I doing this incorrectly. Should I select domestic and global pricing before enter any prices at all.

Are you manually configuring all the variants and sizes directly from Etsy? If so, that’s going to take way too much time It’s much better to do that through the PrintShrimp Frame Launch tool.

@Loraine Wheeler Sorry, my intention wasn’t to confuse you Inside the PrintShrimp Order Portal there’s a section called ā€œFrame Launchā€ with a video tutorial that explains the whole process step by step for adding variants in bulk to your Etsy listings

What’s the issue exactly? Just upload the 2:3 file for the 24x36 size… or am I missing something too?

@Chris Marson First, make sure your file is large enough. I only focus on the aspect ratio of the order. For example, if someone orders a 12x16 print, I just check the aspect ratio for that size, which is 3:4. So in your case, since you currently have the file in A format, I would just convert/crop it to a 2:3 ratio and send the order to production. That’s how I do it.
Favourites not turning into sales
Just thought I’d ask people’s opinions on this. I’ve had loads of people marking some of my posters as favourites but have had 0 sales last couple weeks. My current sale across the entire shop (25%!!) is more than the favourite discount (10%), you’d think this would entice buyers. Maybe the favourite discount should be higher for when there is no sale on. Just looking to get sales quantity up at the moment.

From my experience, favorites rarely turn into sales anyway, because people usually favorite a lot of different prints and it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re going to buy yours.
