Complaint
How would you guys deal with this? Thanks in advance. My listing clearly states its a glossy image and the frame is plexiglass.
received the framed photograph and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the quality versus what I paid. This frame is extremely flimsy, the photograph has no matte, the “glass” is reflective plastic, and you’ve charged me a huge amount for something I could have bought and stuck in a hobby lobby frame for about 20 bucks. I would like at least $100 returned to me or I’m going to leave a terrible review on this product. You can do that or give me a shipping label and box to return it. I don’t need to take a photo of this picture but I will if required.
