Ive had several customers over the last month or so comment that the prints are much darker than advertised. Has anyone else had this? I know that colour can vary on screens etc but its such an increase in the same feedback. Many thanks

Hi all, Do people usually stick with the recommended £2.40 shipping upgrade for the A4 and below? Got an A5 order and just feel like after the shipping upgrade the profit is tiny so just checking if people had any issues if you just stick to the free shipping instead?

When the images are prepared for the mockups such as the display set out here in my Etsy store. I noticed one of the frames have a white mat sitting behind the image such as the Oak frame and the remaining images fill the entirety of the frame. Does PrintShrimp offer the white mat or coloured mat behind the image selected for printing or does the artwork have an an only option for filling the entirety of the frame.? It would appear that if a customer was to select a poster with the Oak frame, the artwork within that frame would be a poster with a white mat behind it. So would it be better if I customised my own MockUp settings for all of my own projects? such as the example Mockup of the Cat and Poster. So I would create a white background and then lay the subject art onto it which the print would be the file and then I would upload into PrintShrimp.?

Woke up to this order and it’s making me feel a bit sick to be honest!

Is anyone else experiencing a slow September. In August I made 24 sales (majority when I had a sale on) and now in September I’ve only made 10 sales this month and just from reading posts in this discussion I was expecting September to be an even better month than August.
