I’ve had a previous customer who purchased on 29/11/25 just message me through Etsy for help with an order. They are asking for a refund as Etsy credit just because they didn’t go with the frames they bought from elsewhere. He said there’s no issue with the prints itself. And it was a big order of 4 prints. What do I do because I don’t think that is my fault, nor should lose money for it? If anyone could give me their opinion or advice I would be really grateful.
