Just hit over 70 sales going into my 3rd month on Etsy. With over 3,000 visits and all that have left a review are 5 star reviews. I’m so pleased with myself and can’t thank the Print Shrimp team enough for making this possible. Just need to up my conversion rate and have a look into Ads. ✨☺️

Hi all, I’ve got some orders to go through and for some reason when I click import it’s saying there’s a connection error. So I’ve gone through the process to reconnect and it’s come up with ‘ Edge function returned a non-2xx status code’ I’ve seen two other people say the same hence thinking it’s not a problem on my side. Does anyone know what could be the problem and a possible ETA for fixing. Thank you :)

I’ve had a previous customer who purchased on 29/11/25 just message me through Etsy for help with an order. They are asking for a refund as Etsy credit just because they didn’t go with the frames they bought from elsewhere. He said there’s no issue with the prints itself. And it was a big order of 4 prints. What do I do because I don’t think that is my fault, nor should lose money for it? If anyone could give me their opinion or advice I would be really grateful.
