I always knew sleep was important for focus…
But I wanted to do a “push month” for my business.
If you’re unfamiliar…
That means work more hours—meaning stay up later.
The first week was FIRE.
After that…
The house of cards came crashing down.
Procrastination became a huge struggle because I was so tired…
And when I did work, I was inefficient as hell.
Eventually I thought,
“You know, I had none of these problems while I was sleeping 7.5+ hrs a night…”
So I got back to my normal amount.
Now, I’m able to work with my trademark efficiency.
I don’t procrastinate the hard tasks anymore…
As a matter of fact, I’m so ready to take them on.
You don’t have to have a “calloused mind” to do the hard work.
All you have to do is have an abundance of energy, and it’ll solve itself.
