Highrise rewrote one headline and got 30% more conversions
80% of people only ever read your headline. So a small tweak there moves everything downstream. Highrise changed their page headline: - From: "Start a Highrise Account" (subhead: "Pay as you go. 30-day free trial. No hidden fees.") - To: "30-day Free Trial on All Accounts" (subhead: "Sign-up takes less than 60 seconds. Pick a plan to get started.") Conversions went up 30%. The shift: the old headline named the action they wanted ("start an account"). The new one led with what the customer gets ("free trial") and removed the perceived effort ("less than 60 seconds"). Same offer. Different first impression. Your headline shouldn't describe what you want them to do. It should describe what they get and how easy it is. Read your headline out loud. Is it about your action, or their reward?

Something I noticed...
Something I noticed talking to email marketers lately: Most of them are focused on growing the list. Almost none of them are focused on what's already sitting inside it. Dormant subscribers. People who signed up but never bought. Cart abandoners. Webinar no-shows. That's not a dead audience. That's a revenue gap with names attached to it. If you've got a list like this even a small one curious what you've tried to reactivate it. What worked, what didn't? Comment below. Would love to hear what's actually happening in the real world. Which AI coding tool should you use? It comes down to one question.
Every week someone asks in the Facebook group.. "I want to build an app with AI. What do I use?" Good question. There are a lot of choices. New ones show up all the time. Here's the simple version. There are two kinds of tools. The first kind lives in your browser. Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Base44. You open a website, type what you want, and an app shows up. Nothing to download. Nothing to set up. The second kind runs on your computer. Claude Code, Codex. You still just type what you want. But the files it makes go right onto your computer. Start with the browser kind first. If you don't know which one to pick, pick Lovable. Open it like any other website. Type what you want. You can see your app working in a few minutes. It's the easiest way to prove to yourself that this stuff is real. Once you've done that.. switch to building on your computer. Here's why. First, the files are yours right away. They're already sitting on your computer. You don't have to go find them somewhere else. Second, you can swap tools whenever you want. The files don't care which AI made them. If something better comes out next week, you just use that instead. Third.. you're probably already paying for it. If you pay for Claude, Claude Code is already included. If you pay for ChatGPT, Codex is already included. No extra cost. Which one should you use? Whichever one you're already paying for. 🚀 James

I Used To Leave Discovery Calls Feeling Like I Missed Something...
I Used To Leave Discovery Calls Feeling Like I Missed Something... You know that feeling? The call ends. You know the person needs help. You know you have a solution. But afterward you're sitting there wondering: ❓ Did I ask the right questions? ❓ Did I uncover the real problem? ❓ Did I miss an opportunity? ❓ Did I get enough information to build the right recommendation? That used to happen to me more than I wanted to admit. Since ive been in the Funnel Builder Certification Program & AI Secrets, I am having more strategy conversations, not just funnel convos. The best discovery calls aren't about selling. They're about understanding. When people feel understood, trust goes up.When trust goes up, solutions become easier. When solutions become easier, decisions become clearer. That's why I created this Discovery Call Quick Reference Sheet. Not because I needed another form. Because I needed a system. Now I have a framework that helps me uncover: ✅ Goals ✅ Revenue leaks ✅ Bottlenecks ✅ Current systems ✅ Follow-up gaps ✅ Buying factors ✅ Growth opportunities And honestly, it helps me stay focused on helping instead of pitching. 3 things you can do on your next discovery call: 1️⃣ Spend more time listening than talking. The gold is usually hidden inside their answers. 2️⃣ Ask deeper follow-up questions.Don't stop at the first problem they mention. 3️⃣ Look for the real bottleneck. Most businesses don't have a traffic problem. They have a systems, follow-up, or clarity problem. One thing I've learned: The goal of a discovery call isn't to close. The goal is to understand the current situation, identify the gap, and help people see the path forward. That's when the right solution becomes obvious. I'm sharing this because I know there are other entrepreneurs, consultants, and funnel builders who may be struggling with discovery calls the same way I did. What's the hardest part of discovery calls for you right now? 👇🏾 Asking questions? 👇🏾 Handling objections?
