Panel: AI in Enterprise SaaS is happening in 9 days
Sowmya from Austin
Hi everyone — glad to be here. I'm Sowmya, a pricing systems PM and live in Austin. My background is in building the pricing logic and intelligence layer — building rules engines, ML-based rate models, and pricing APIs that sit between raw market data and what a customer actually gets charged. Recent work at Engine,Cox Automotive/vAuto and Dell. Mostly here to geek out on how we build pricing systems for the future. One question I'm actively thinking through: Agentic AI feels like it could pressure move to more dynamic pricing frameworks in SaaS context and I'm curious what that means for pricing decision and logic infrastructure. Would love to connect with others thinking about the same things.
From pricing strategy to billing reality (Stripe, MoR, custom setups)
Hi everyone, great to be here. I'm Tomas, an independent billing advisor focused on helping SaaS companies turn pricing ideas into repeatable billing systems. My work sits in the layer that comes after pricing strategy, and that's where things can get messy :-) - subscriptions + usage-based hybrids - plan changes, proration, and edge cases - global sales (MoR vs direct payments) - making sure the billing setup doesn't break product experience or reporting I've spent the last few years working heavily with Stripe and similar platforms, helping teams implement flexible pricing without locking themselves into brittle setups. More recently, I've been building Billing Atlas – a structured advisory service that helps SaaS teams make and execute billing decisions with clarity. I joined this community because pricing and billing are tightly connected, but often discussed separately. I'm particularly interested in how pricing decisions hold up once they hit real systems and customer expectations. Happy to share practical insights from the implementation side, compare notes, or help validate ideas when useful. Looking forward to learning from all of you.
New Member (Pricing Strategy & Tech)
Hi Everyone, I’m very excited to join this community. I have about 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy and tools in mobility tech and e-commerce. My expertise lies in pricing B2C services and products for tech startups which are in launch and growth phase and want to build a sustainable business right from the start. I particularly enjoy envisioning and building pricing models and tools for pricing automation. I’m currently based in Heidelberg and work remotely as a Product Manager for Pricing & Analytics for Berlin based E-commerce aggregator. Looking forward to connecting with all of you and hopefully learn and add value to this community! Linkedin Cheers, Sanidhya
Another pricing strategy consultant enters the chat...
Hi all, I'm Nick, great to join this community! I'm a 20 year career consultant, and I spent the last 14 years at Simon-Kucher & Partners (Partner for the last 4) helping software, subscription, marketplace, and media/data companies (both B2B and B2C) figure out how to turn product value into scalable revenue based out of London, San Francisco and New York. I left in late 2023 to go independent. Partly to avoid burnout, partly to work on my own terms with client and consultant collaborators I enjoy working with the most, mostly so I could spend more time with my dog 🐶. Now I'm based in Mexico City, and since going indepenent have been working with clients like OpenAI, Culture Amp and Grammarly/Superhuman, among others, and have also found the space to figure out what life looks like when it doesn't just revolve around work (writing this from the Baja California coast rather than an office cubicle seems to be one definite improvement 😅). With over 50 projects under my belt, I've seen almost everything there is to see when it comes to monetization strategy challenges - I typically focus on packaging strategy, pricing architecture, value metrics, and helping teams implement pricing changes without breaking things. Projects range from hourly coaching for smaller companies, to full multi-month engagements with an experienced team of experts I fully trust supporting me. Last year all my projects had at least some level of focus on my clients' AI offerings, so excited to see what 2026 brings as AI Agents accellerate the value delivered and competition continues to heat up, while investors demand returns, as well as it's effect on consulting and my workflow, which I've been tinkering on in my free time. Happy to share war stories, compare notes, or offer ad-hoc advice whenever useful. Always open to mentorship chats too, and would love to connect with potential collaborators or those thinking about taking the leap out of corporate life to independency. 📧 nick@zarbstrategy.com | LinkedIn
Hello Rob and everyone, thrilled to join. Thanks for having me.
🗺️ Based in San Francisco, building at the intersection of pricing and product. 💻 I'm the founder of Metrifox. We are the entitlement-first monetization platform for AI and SaaS companies. While many tools start with billing, we start by defining what customers can and cannot do, their entitlements. This architectural core allows companies to precisely govern access, package features, and then automatically meter usage and bill against those rules. The result: flawless monetization of any model (subscription, usage-based, hybrid) without the engineering quagmire. 1️⃣ The rabbit-hole I'm deep in right now is building an AI-powered GTM workflow engine. We're moving beyond tracking to proactive intelligence. Imagine your revenue ops system automatically triggering a churn intervention playbook when it detects usage decay, or prompting an upsell motion when a team hits 80% of their seat limit. We're teaching our platform to not just report on monetization data, but to act on it, empowering GTM teams with automated, context-aware workflows that protect and grow revenue. Here to exchange ideas with this expert community. If you're wrestling with how to make pricing and packaging a competitive weapon, I'd love to connect.
