AI Coach Agent - pricing question
Does anyone have any insights into AI coach pricing? My product group is working on a product using a 3rd party service and they have quoted us $0.23 per interaction for 965,000 interactions in a year. We are using our own data and I would say the AI coach is pretty standard. My product people think that pricing is too high. I would appreciate any insight from anyone on this.

I think this is a claude Skill. I am happy to share a .md for my sales coach. I'm running it on hubspot deals. and it outputs a report back in claude and drops it as a note in Hubspot for the seller. Here's the short description I c/p my file: Sales coaching advisor that analyzes a HubSpot deal, scores deal health via MEDDPICC, evaluates quote structure in Veles, and gives direct, data-driven guidance to help reps close. Use when the user wants deal coaching or runs /coachv.
Skills to audit pricing during sales cycle.
Hey all, I'm new to the community and interested to hear if anyone else has successfully used Claude Skills to augment/influence sellers during the sales cycle. I've built a few skills that are showing some promise but I haven't asked my team to adopt them yet. I am just running the skills against deals in hubspot to spot check their quality. Curious if anyone has and if it worked well.

How is everyone incorporating AI into their workflows?
Curious to hear how other pricing strategists and operators are using AI in their workflows. Are you just getting started, or do you have a full flow built? What tools do you like vs. which tools are causing you the most trouble? I'm especially curious if anyone has developed a way to leverage AI to refine ICPs?? Or if anyone has found any good Claude skill files specific to pricing? I'll kick off! Some context: We're refining our sales-led pricing model at the moment and need to move quickly, so I don't have the support to run formal research. I'm also a team of one at a Series A company that just underwent a massive change in how we deliver our product 😅 I've been using Claude to refine new pricing structures and develop HTML pricing calculators for sales-led deals. I've been funneling context to Claude using our product's MCP server, knowledge files, and more, which have allowed me to develop and pressure-test various pricing strategies that I have then vetted with cross-functional leadership and sales as viable to test. My sales team now has a self-service hub they can rely on to run with these new models for certain deals. The hub provides guidance on choosing a model, the value story for the chosen model, pricing, and ROI calculations. Would love to hear what everyone else is doing!

@Alexa Gjonca would be keen to connect on this. We building the first truly agentic CPQ so agent workflows are super important to us (even though we are not the agent builder) Big focus right now is on agents that take a seller from Call-to-Contract. Here's a New Logo agent I built with a customer this week. 1. Manually triggered from "enroll in Workflow" on hubspot deal that send a webhook to Make.com 2. Agent in Make calls the call recorder and reviews the calls for quote/proposal inputs (ie products mentioned, quantities, pricing drivers, etc) and summarizes each pricing scenario discussed on the calls. 3. Calls Veles' MCP to check if a quote is already attached to the hubspot deal 4. If not - it builds a new quote with a pricing scenario for each option 5. If there is a quote, the agent shares the quote with the rep in slack. with recommendations. (it does not overwrite existing work endless the rep is explicit) 6. Once quote is built, it's share with the deal owner in slack with a link to review and tinker with the quote. I've found it easiest to use agent builders that are focused on MCP servers like Gumloop, Make, or the open-source options. Everyone has Zapier but I've struggled to get those flows working as cleanly. Their MCP functionality is a bit rigid. ^maybe I am doing it wrong there.
