I met Shiv a few weeks ago and was inspired by his wealth of experience and intricate insight to culture and the human mind and spirit. I’m a freelancer myself, building my own future - which can be stressful and uncertain. So, I thought I’d explore Pranayama here with you all and Shiv to dive deeper into my mind and body:) Looking forward to diving in!

Hey guys, Joel here. I'm quite a busy finance professional, so often on the road and out late. All leads to a bit of an unbalanced lifestyle. So I'd be here in this group to get a bit of motivation, a community to help, and then some simple ways to do yoga/Pranayama.
