Who am I and what am I doing here?

Good morning everyone! I hope you’ve had a lovely week. I’m Callum, a creative from Cardiff. I work at the intersection of culture, creativity and sustainability.

I met Shiv a few weeks ago and was inspired by his wealth of experience and intricate insight to culture and the human mind and spirit. I’m a freelancer myself, building my own future - which can be stressful and uncertain. So, I thought I’d explore Pranayama here with you all and Shiv to dive deeper into my mind and body:)
