My name is Vethan and my journey began nearly 10 years ago when I went to meet Moojibaba, answering a call for a deeper longing in life. There I meet Shiv and we have been friends ever since. I would love to learn a few practices here to improve core strength, feel more grounded and generally being healthier in the body.
