🧠 WHO CAN FIX THIS, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EDITION
You have just been assigned as the Salesforce Admin for a UK based logistics company called MetroFleet Logistics Ltd.
The company wants to improve how they manage customer deliveries, driver updates, and support complaints inside Salesforce.
But there is a problem.
The Sales Team wants everything focused on customer accounts and revenue.
The Operations Team wants delivery tracking to be the priority.
The Customer Support Team wants complaint handling fixed first.
The Finance Team wants reporting on refunds and failed deliveries.
The Managing Director wants the project finished quickly, but every department keeps asking for different things.
Everyone says their request is urgent.
You now have four different teams, four different priorities, and no clear agreement on what should be built first.
As the Salesforce Admin, what is the best first move?
💬 Vote and explain your thinking in the comments.
This one is not just about Salesforce skills.
It is about whether you can think like a real Salesforce Admin working with real business stakeholders.
🔘 A. Build the features requested by the Managing Director first because senior leadership has the final decision
🔘 B. Collect requirements from all teams, identify the business goals, agree priorities with key stakeholders, and document the project scope before building
🔘 C. Start building the easiest requests first so users can see quick progress while the bigger decisions are still being discussed
🔘 D. Ask each department to send their full list of requirements, then build everything in phases based on who submitted their request first
