The Hackney Sales Team in London is in chaos. Reps from Camden and Islington are somehow able to view and edit Hackney’s Opportunities — even though these deals are highly sensitive. But here’s the twist: Hackney’s team also collaborates with the Legal Team on deals above £100,000, and Legal needs read-only access to those high-value Opportunities — but nothing else. Even worse, Hackney’s Manager runs reports and sees Opportunities from all teams — making it impossible to track Hackney’s true pipeline. You’ve just been hired as the Salesforce Admin to untangle this mess. The business wants: ✅ Hackney Reps can only see and edit Hackney’s Opportunities. ✅ Hackney Manager sees all Hackney records, but nothing from Camden or Islington. ✅ Legal can see only Hackney’s Opportunities worth more than £100,000 — and read-only. ✅ No impact on Camden or Islington teams’ visibility into their own records. 🧠 How would you fix this?
