Hallo everyone, In my lessons today on configuration and setup, as it concerns me as a Team Delta, I ve discovered that there are lots of theories or should I say technicalities/use/guides involved in user management, app management and on the setup. At what time are these meant to sink in via practice? Or must I have to internalize the whole theories? 🤷

I have observed that the topic "Configuration and Setup" is a broad one that spans through the whole topics till Alpha level. My question please, what level of this topic concerns the Delta team? I mean, where and where do we have to concentrate as Team Delta for the moment? @Josephine Nti @Godwin Mbah

Tonight’s class with Coach @Josephine Nti was like a Greek language class to me. Let me believe her council, that watching the video over and over again would keep me abreast with the stuff.

Hallo Fam, sincerely speaking, I just got a big encouragement in my studies today. But first, came the illusion that the whole stuff was too hard to make it, because, after going through the fundamentals on the lesson modules, i ventured into the quize on the Pathway AI platform. To my greatest disappointment, I got 1/5 at the first attempt. A second attempt i got 2/5. Then i asked Aria, what was i doing wrong, that after studing the fundamentals, I'm still not passing the quize? Aria then explained to me where i needed to improve, on, that is, on the environment of each lesson i take. Not only on the "what" of every lesson, but also on its "why" and "how" to apply it in real life". That instead of expecting questions based on concepts and definitions, i should expect also scenario-based questions, among others. Aria further asked me to list the exact questions i ve studied so far, so she could set typical quize questions based on what i had done. And as a beginner, i gave them, namely: What is Salesforce, the CRM Basics, Navigation and setup, and a little bit of Apps, tabs and standard objects as we did with coach @Josephine Nti . And boom, i started seeing the fruits of my efforts. So, my testimony is, for the beginners like me who are still struggling to find their feet on the pathway to Salesforce, you may wish to toe this my example and ask Aria any questions on the Pathway AI, and you would be surprise to see, that you are actually building up gradually. My next step now? Fire on!!!😁

I'm having challenges with my login into the Salesforce developer org. It keeps telling me my password is wrong. Yet, I click on reset my password, it supposedly sends the reset link to my email, unfortunately i dont get the said link. Admin help me out please. And on the trailhead sign up, when i log in, i dont see the exact platform that the coach @Godwin Mbah displayed on the video lesson. I need urgent assistance please.
