Questions from Wednesday Delta Glass as I practiced.
Please I have this few questions from the Delta class yesterday.
On Account creation
- From the images bellow, one is the Tutors and one is mine. I noticed while trying to create an account that I couldn’t find the Customer priority and SLA field on my App. Has this been noticed before?
- I noticed the tutor had to choose a Parent account while creating the account, is this mandatory? Because for me that had no account before created I couldn’t fill that field. On objects and field.
- I noticed object name cannot be duplicated, by this I mean, I tried using the same object name as what the tutor used but it prompted me when I was about saving it that the name is already in use.
- Can a standard field be edited or modified? . thank you
