It's Going Down ! ! !
Thinking Out Loud 🤣
I said, let me enrol on the internship and see where I truly stand. I answered all the Pathway AI questions honestly because, of course, I’m still a newbie — just two months into Salesforce. 😅 After answering all the questions with full confidence, Pathway AI looked at me and said: “Welcome, Junior Salesforce Admin.” 🤣 Me: “Eiii Pathway AI, Junior already? Are you sure you checked my answers well?” 🤣 But honestly, I’m encouraged! It showed me my level, my starting point, and the next step. Newbies, don’t be afraid to try it honest answers give you the right direction. 🚀 Who else has checked their placement ? 👀

I Passed My Salesforce Administrator Certification on My Second Attempt 🎉
I'm excited to share that I have officially passed my Salesforce Certified Administrator examination! I recently graduated from the University of East Anglia with a Master's degree in Data Science. At the time, I assumed my MSc would be enough to open doors, and the thought of sitting another exam felt daunting. I began job hunting, but deep down I knew I wasn't quite ready, so I paused the search. That's when I was introduced to @Godwin Mbah , and things began to shift. I started learning on the platform, though admittedly I wasn't fully committed at first, travel and other commitments kept pulling my attention away. When I returned, Godwin encouraged me to take things more seriously. Confident from having just graduated, I sat the exam without adequate preparation, and I DIDN'T PASS. I was disheartened and hesitant to reach out to Godwin again, but we eventually met in London, where he encouraged me to restart my preparation properly through AI Pathway. I got back to work, and this time, I passed, and I noticed that many of the exam questions closely mirrored what I'd studied on AI Pathway. If you haven't subscribed to AI Pathway yet, I'd genuinely encourage you to do so. The platform has been a real source of motivation for me, and I see it as a stepping stone toward the next stage of my learning journey. I'm now progressing into an internship, which I believe will be an important step toward securing a full-time role. A special thank you to my coach, @Godwin Mbah , for your guidance, encouragement, and support. Your mentorship played a significant role in helping me reach this milestone. My sincere appreciation also goes to @Divine Lantum and @Josephine Nti for your continued support along the way. Thank you to the COMMUNITY for given me a good platform to express myself. Thank you ALL!!!

🧠 WHO CAN FIX IT? STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EDITION
You are the Salesforce Administrator on a major CRM project for a national retail company. The project is almost ready for UAT when three senior stakeholders disagree on an important requirement. The Sales Director says: Every new Lead must have a phone number before Sales can progress it. The Marketing Director says: Making the phone number mandatory will reduce online Lead conversion because many prospects currently submit forms without one. The Customer Service Director says: Their team should be allowed to progress Leads without a phone number because some customers contact them through email and live chat. The Executive Sponsor then tells you: “Sales owns the Lead process. Just implement what the Sales Director requested so we can stay on schedule.” However, changing the requirement could affect Marketing conversion, Customer Service operations, reporting, and the overall customer journey. You have 48 hours before UAT. ❓ WHO CAN FIX IT? 🔥 Only ONE answer represents the strongest stakeholder management approach. Do not just comment A, B, C or D. Tell me WHY you chose your answer. Let us see who is thinking like a real Consultant. 👀

As a consultant, your role is to : - Bring all stakeholders together. - Identify the conflicting business goals and understand the impact on each department. - Determine who has the authority to make the final business decision. - Agree on exceptions. - Document the requirement. - Define acceptance criteria before building the solution. These points make OPTION C is the strongest stakeholder management approach because it addresses both the business process and the technical implementation before any configuration begins.
