• How to avoid common mistakes

✅ Step 3, Locate the 8 to 12 Week Roadmap and Timetable
Below is the roadmap post, make sure you go through it with clarity so you see what is ahead.
This shows you:
• What to study each week
• The correct order of courses
• Your timetable
• Your assigned team
Your team is TEAM DELTA, the beginner track.
As you progress, you can rise to more advanced teams.
Once you finish the content for team Delta move to the next
Important:
Follow the roadmap in order.
Do not jump randomly between topics.
✅ Step 4, Start With Salesforce Fundamentals (MUST DO AFTER ONBOARDING VIDEO IS WATCHED)
Inside the Classroom, on the navigation bar, begin with:
Salesforce Fundamentals
Spend about max two hours completing it.
Once done, move to DATA SECURITY
Momentum matters more than perfection.
✅ Step 5, Use the SUPPORT CENTER Properly
If you ever feel stuck, do not struggle silently.
Go to the Support Center tab, inside the community.
Take a screenshot of your issue.
Create a post explaining what you tried.
You will receive help as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
This is your fastest way to move forward.
✅ Step 6, Stay CONNECTED With Your Mentor
This is important.
Go to this post and follow the instructions:
Follow your mentor on all platforms and stay connected.
This ensures:
• You never miss important updates
• You stay motivated
