Hspu training
Was wondering how to increase my hspu rep count. My progress is kinda stalling, im doing pike presses and pike pu’s, trying to increase my bent arm strength pushing intensity and avoiding failure for sets. Should i be doing any specific exercises and how many sets should i do per session? I train push 3 times every 8 days
