2 years of hard work changed my life
I started with Isaac nearly 2 years ago, and in those 2 years Iโ€™ve competed in 4 competitions, unlocked skills I thought were impossible, I created a community in Perth @perth.sw, travelled the world and moved across country to live with Isaac where he taught me everything he knew and helped me win the competition in Sydney, showed me how to set up competitions, got me to quit my job and work online and now Iโ€™m in Bali with Isaac, if you told me this would be my life 2 years ago, living and working with the guy I admired Iโ€™d be gobsmacked, but here we are and itโ€™s only just the beginning

Calisthenics basics
Iโ€™ve recently become quite interested in calisthenics and have been practicing the fundamental exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and dips. However, Iโ€™m curious about other exercises I should incorporate into my routine. Additionally, Iโ€™m wondering if I should perform all the push-ups, pull-ups, and dips until I reach failure. My primary goal is to establish a consistent and sustainable workout routine and was wondering maybe get given a routine or something to help me with my routine (Like improvements different exercises etc)

Honestly start by going through some of the modules in the classroom to get an understanding on how calisthenics works and what exercises are out there, but itโ€™s always good to have a structure and exercises to follow to get the skills you desire
How I got into calisthenics and became gay
Back in 2024, my dad bought AUS fitness expo tickets for me and him to see what sports was about. I was always the scrawny weak kid, played rubix cubes, gamed and binge watched all day. I had no purpose in life, i was just existing, not living. Little did i know, this would change my life forever. As soon as we enter the area, i walk around and the first thing i see was the streetworkout division. I was in awe, people doing handstand pushups and front lever pullups. I then look up again, just to see a red head fucking doing maltese elevations and SATT. I did not know this strength was possible at that moment of time, i worshipped this redhead like a fucking god. I was at the streetworkout division for around 2 hours, my dad asking me to explore the place, but no i just wanted to see this redhead defy gravity. After the event, i realised why binge watch, game and procrastinate when you can defy gravity. I spent countless hours each day watching tutorials about how to do calisthenics, and after several months, i finally unlock front lever. January 2025, i unlocked 5 second front lever. Fast foward a few days later, im packing my suitcase for my holiday in queensland. My mum notifyโ€™s me there was an actual calisthenics community out there, in a place called burleigh. I ask her how did you find out? She says this asian chigga called issac tang, who taught my sister piano back a few years, was aparaently super good at calisthenics. I check out his insta, first post he is doing full planche, i immediately beg my parents to drive an hour from our hotel just so we can meet this chigga. As soon as i got there, i see this other chigga by the name of keon spamming full planche pushups, and touch front lever to FLPU. My jaw drops in awe, the same feeling i had when i watched the godly redhead do maltese elevations and SAT. Fast foward a few months, i have the opportunity to compete and meet my idols. Shoutout to Keon( Who i comepted against) CJ (Who was my first idol which i now can say i have touched) Rolls (My energy sound producer) DADDY KEN (MY child carer and molestor) Cameron (Prime role model) The whole underage minor group (For being there with me every step of the way) BOSS CHIGGA (The reason why i started and why i love to help others) TYSN DACEY (Inspiring me to film my videos) My family( Endless support and turning house into cali gym) THE WHOLE CALI COMMUNITY( ENdless love and forever support:)))

Honestly I sat down for ages wanting to do the handstand and saw this guy taking photos of himself and his friends on this log, and because it scared me I told myself fuck it just do it, so I walked towards him already recording and asked to record me handstand, already shaking I tried failed, tried again and still failed but done it anyways @Isaac Tang

I learn how to planche in 1 week ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
Holy shit I met Isaac literally one week ago. I have been training calisthenic for nearly two years now. I can do front lever but planche is always something that I always have challenge and every time I train, sometime it always hurt my forearm. I met Isaac one week ago. He told me planche is not a hold. Planch is actually a press and when he taught me the mindset and the technique and the feedback, I couldn't believe it. I learned how to straddle planche plus nearly full planche in one week. I couldn't believe that he actually gave all this away for $5 a month because I know he fucking loved what he does and he changed people's lives to do this. I just want to put this in the feedback in this community to celebrate my win. Thank you so much for making coaching affordable, simple, and accessible! Isaac told me, "Don't do planche; become the planche."
