Incredible bro well done
First workout recording
Hey everyone, this is my first time recording a workout and first proper attempt at the planche. A lot of work to be done for sure. Got side tracked and did an L-sit too lmao. For context this was at the end of my workout. Any feedback and advice would be greatly appreciatedšŸ™

gonna be honest bro im not exactly sure what your trying to attempt here but you do have some good endurance tho, if its planche then you need to go into straight arms
Review my handstand I suck at them
When I attempt the handstand push ups I usually always lose balance after 1 rep or when doing a negative. Can you advise me @Isaac Tang thanks.

HSPU Stuck at 2 Reps
I’ve been stuck at 2 handstand push-ups for over 5 months now and can’t seem to break past that. I’m attaching a video for feedback. I feel like the main issue might be balance, since my full handstand is still quite unstable whereas my bent-arm handstand feels much more solid and controlled. I also can’t kick up into a full handstand. I can only get into it through a slow bent-arm press. Even when I try explosive presses, I can’t seem to "catch myself" in a full handstand position. I suspect shoulder mobility might be limiting my straight alignment, and I’ve been actively working on improving it as well. Do you notice anything in my form that could explain the plateau? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

when you come down on your negative, you drop your legs too much therefore putting more load on your shoulders and making it harder, also you dont need to catch the handstand at the top range, its better if you go up and go back down as fast as you can this way you wont have to deal with the "struggling to balance" side of things also
