how many sets/reps should i do a session for hspu strength? im trying to stray away from failure but im not sure if my volume is enough to build strength. Should i just focus on the basics (i can do around 6-8 floating pike pu and a pike press)

Was wondering how to increase my hspu rep count. My progress is kinda stalling, im doing pike presses and pike pu’s, trying to increase my bent arm strength pushing intensity and avoiding failure for sets. Should i be doing any specific exercises and how many sets should i do per session? I train push 3 times every 8 days

was wondering how many sets and reps/hold time i should be doing to progress in fl, as ive been stalling in progress (due to pushing too many sets to failure/recovery issues) i enjoy high frequency but am unsure of how many sets of dynamics i should do to progress (i recently came out of a calorie deficit and realised to stop pushing constant sets to failure) - i can do a one leg fl for 6 ~ sec and one leg fl raises for 3 reps

@Cameron Mitchell thanks! Im starting to do 1-2 rir for skill movements, but sometimes is hard as i subconsciously do it coming from a gym background. How many sets of holds would u recommend for a static day? (I also do 2 sets of weighted pull ups 1-2 rir, is this fine for recovery? As i feel like im progressing in strength but hold times are barely increasing. Should i aim for more volume or higher intensity and low volume?
