was wondering how many sets and reps/hold time i should be doing to progress in fl, as ive been stalling in progress (due to pushing too many sets to failure/recovery issues) i enjoy high frequency but am unsure of how many sets of dynamics i should do to progress (i recently came out of a calorie deficit and realised to stop pushing constant sets to failure) - i can do a one leg fl for 6 ~ sec and one leg fl raises for 3 reps
