Day 6 - Chicken Sandwich Lunch
Ate lunch after an upper body workout and chicken sandwiches are a fan favorite at my school. I Ended up having whats exactlys shown in the photo, 2 chicken sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and cheese with a side of fries. I also did have some chocolate milk since I came from my upper body workout right before.
I'd rate the meal a 7.5/10 - it was good but I probably could have done better with eating a healthier meal even though the carbs and protein were all there.
Today I did a good job of fueling right after my workout instead.
Tomorrow I plan of getting good meals and snacks befroe my 8pm game.
