June was a good progress month for me, ending on a high with my weight down to 71.4kg Honestly, at the start of the year this weight felt so far away and out of reach! Slowly but surely 🐢 June still had it's treats for me ♥️ another trip to Wales, this time to Cardiff to see Take That ✨ (where quite a few glasses of wine were consumed) as well as some other meals out throughout the month and a latte a day keeps me calm and focused (anyone else have coffee to relax??! Opposite effect on me, weird)... But I haven't felt guilty as I normally would and made sure my choices the rest of the time were good ones. Drank water in a beer garden! Pleased to be feeling good in smaller clothes, wearing dresses I haven't worn in a long time and my feet are smaller aswell 🤔 New underwear too (the girls are also needing smaller attire - bittersweet 🤣). Keeping it real as I know the ladies will understand 😂 And the biggest treat of all last week... A new car I've wanted for ages ♥️ Really pushed myself in the gym and found my new best cardio friend - the speedflex blade machine. Doing a few HIIT blasts on this machine with the squat press challenge has meant less time doing cardio (bored to tears) on the treadmill or bike, and more time for weights and stretching when I've been on a strict time limit. That's not to say June didn't have it's challenges but my mindset is much more equipped to deal with shit now 💪 Happy July everyone ☀️ hope it's a positive and enlightening one for us all ✨💜💪
