Week planned, meals planned, shopping list done. This week is all about building up my strength and finishing off some projects. I have some discussions to have with myself and others and work to do in myself/courses I want to look into to improve myself. Hope your ready for the next week. 💜

Small run and strength training and feeling good... especially since my daughter got me up at 3:45 and I haven't been able to get back to sleep. Feeling proud. Had a bit of a wobble this week with the scales not moving even though I can see my body changing 🫣I need to stop going on it, but it's sooooo hard not to😬 Hope you all are having a lovely weekend x

I know I might not get in but if I don't then I'll go for a charity place! I know it's a bit crazy, but I really think this is my year!

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting the Bigg man himself last week! Obvs I had to ask for a selfie, had a good convo with himself and the lovely Taylor, and as of yet haven't received an injunction. Only negative out of it was seeing myself on this photo, time to stop making excuses and get back to where I was a year ago, which was 9kg lighter!!!
