So it's been a rough few days...I got a bad cold Sunday from my daughter who had it for about a day and then returned to the energy of a jack Russell 🤯 Still have it and now I have the bonus of a chesty cough. I'm trying not to worry about it because I definitely can't run like this, but I've kept my steps up and yesterday I tried a very short set with weights. I'm on the lemsips and all my regular bits but if anyone has any suggestions for a quick recovery, I would love to know as I'm desperate to get back to doing all the things I was doing.
