That was a nice surprise for you @Siobhan Keeley a very good win 👌🏻✨😁 I unfortunately had the opposite this evening with my boots - after training legs my calves were a bit too pumped so the zip wasn't zipping, was glad to take them off after the memorial we went to 😅
New habits
Protein at the ready. Carbs. Electrolytes water. This means gym time for me🏋🏻‍♀️ Funny isn't it how a month ago it was a real biggg effort and now it's becoming a daily habit. Your choices become habits and your habits determine your future 🥰 Making better choices one day at a time 💪🏻 because they all add up. Have a good day you wonderful people! I'm buzzing
Have just done my first blueprint work out and I loved it. I was even brave enough to ask where some equipment was and got a nice response. This is the start of something 🥰😀😃

Milk
@Jamie Bigg I saw on your IG that you have oat milk in your latte instead of regular cows milk. What is your reason if you don't mind me asking? Is it for health benefits and are we missing out? I always have regular milk for the higher protein (could do with my own cow in the garden at this point with adding it to protein shakes too 😅). Does anyone else have different milks? Thoughts 💭
Easter holidays 🥴
So it's been a rough few days...I got a bad cold Sunday from my daughter who had it for about a day and then returned to the energy of a jack Russell 🤯 Still have it and now I have the bonus of a chesty cough. I'm trying not to worry about it because I definitely can't run like this, but I've kept my steps up and yesterday I tried a very short set with weights. I'm on the lemsips and all my regular bits but if anyone has any suggestions for a quick recovery, I would love to know as I'm desperate to get back to doing all the things I was doing. Hope you all are having a lovely week 😁

Oh no @Angie Mackrell hope you're back fighting fit soon 💐 Have lots of vitamin C, take vitamin D and echinacea is good too as it can prevent a chest infection from developing. Stay hydrated & rest when you need, let your body recover. Hope you get to enjoy the rest of the week
