Guys I wanted to update you all...I did my workout!!!
Lesson learned:
If in the morning you are aching, have a bad headache and just feel awful....this doesn't necessarily mean you will feel like this all day. Don't give in and think, I'm feeling rubbish now I won't do that workout.
Spend the day hydrating, eating good healthy food and take medication if needs be... because later in the day you might feel better and actually do that workout 🙌🏼
