Waist measurement is down from 33inches to 31in - over the moon with this. Muscles are up πŸ’ͺ🏻 Phase angle has improved (had to look that one up πŸ˜„) Weight is down again after upping the cardio and the calorie deficit. But the heaviest loss has been from my mind 🧠 The 30 day reset has been a blast and much needed focus and distraction for me personally. I think the first post/question I put on here was to ask for music recommendations to motivate. I feel I can say now that the main reason was that at that time I'd gone to the gym to try get back into it, I was listening to one of my playlists and Imagine Dragons 'My Life' came on. I don't know if you've heard it but it's a very powerful, beautiful, raw song. As the lyrics hit I'd never related to a song chorus more in all my life (just not the drug abuse reference!) and my eyes filled with tears in the gym. Nobody saw thank God πŸ™πŸ» (mortified) but I needed your music recommendations more than you knew! I realised I am emotionally tied to most of my music πŸ˜„ and don't just hear I feel. Last night I listened to my beloved Imagine Dragons whilst I had soak in the bath (my abused legs needed it) and I felt differently 🫢🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻 this past Month really has changed 'my life'. Mojo back βœ… Mindset back βœ… Let's keep moving onwards and upwards team πŸ™ŒπŸ» You're all amazing ✨

So in 30 days with you all iv struggled with my head a few times clearly the antidepressants didn't wanna work those days but iv carried on and got shit done from being inspired by so many of you and also having @Jamie Bigg in the back of my head saying let's do this. I lost 6lb put on 3lbs but im blaming that on starting electrolytes last week iv increased weights on all the machines I use at the gym. I didn't take measurements but start and finish photos I apologise they aren't pretty I dont see much difference but everyone else seems to. Well done to everyone you've all been amazing πŸ‘

I hope everyone smashes their goals this week.
Started the week on a positive with a walk in the sun, was a bit chilli but nice all the same. Always do a weigh-in on a Monday morning and I had put on 3.7lbs and it didn't bother me as I know I've been putting the work in and I'll continue to smash my gym sessions and macros this week. I've noticed a big difference in my arms, chest, shoulders and back recently so I'm well chuffed and motivated to keep improving my fitness, wellbeing and mental health.
I hope everyone smashes their goals this week.

Shifted my ass
Ivar's done 10k of biking today for his charity monthπŸ’ͺ I ran next to him for 6.8k of it. Pushed him up those hills too 🀣πŸ₯΅πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ Had an amazing peri peri fish lunch with sweet potato fries and kiwi and coriander dressing! Lovely chicken roast dinner for tea tonight. Feel so much better for the fresh air and getting some exercise (and in my new gym leggings - love cobalt blue). Looking forward to a hot bath with salts once the kids are down and doing my nails πŸ’…πŸ»

@Jude Surr that's awesome. The fact he has still gone out to do it even though it was tough due to the wind is great determination and credit to him but he's getting that from you. Seeing you smashing it each day. I think you are both building great habits but doing it in an enjoyable way so I can't see why he wouldn't want to continue with you. What an incredible bond you both have
