Turn the sun down
Oh the joys of being on Antidepressants in a heat wave sweating more then normal and prone to dehydration and sensitive more to uv rays in the dark I shall stay with a ice pack on my head and cold air fan next me and bottle of electrolytes with a chunk of ice lol
