Little gains make big differences
So I’ve been in this journey for about six weeks now. Yesterday, for the first time in years, I was able to put my socks on without pulling up my right leg to assist it due to lack of mobility/flexibility. For many people, they won’t get how big an achievement this is…but I know you guys will understand! #ProudOfMe

I can’t go to the gym today as I’ve pulled my back but today I can control how I move, sit and stand to ensure it is supported and strengthened, so I can go back to the gym after my holiday!
Feeling like a let down
Feeling a let down this week, I’m on leave but I recognise I’ve fully burned out I’ve not been gym this week I feel bad for it I know I will get back on it and trying to be kind to myself but I’m frustrated with my body some of my friends in here I’ve already spoke with but know you will all get how I feel at the moment, you lot are the best X

Recognising you’re burnt out is an achievement in itself. While it’s sunny, maybe go for a gentle walk and soak up sun vitamin D, and if you’re not up for that, just rest. We often don’t do enough of that x

Learning
I’m learning to put together my own little workout sessions. Today was 2,3,4,5. 2km on recumbent bike (in 9min10sec!) 3 sets of ten 4kg Arnold’s 4 sets of 40km 12kg farmers 5 min cool down on treadmill. Stretches to finish. Ache but feel good! Have a great day and enjoy the sunshine!🌞
