So in 30 days with you all iv struggled with my head a few times clearly the antidepressants didn't wanna work those days but iv carried on and got shit done from being inspired by so many of you and also having

in the back of my head saying let's do this. I lost 6lb put on 3lbs but im blaming that on starting electrolytes last week iv increased weights on all the machines I use at the gym. I didn't take measurements but start and finish photos I apologise they aren't pretty I dont see much difference but everyone else seems to. Well done to everyone you've all been amazing 👏
