Sharing something for the reading challenge that’s ongoing; I actually published this one today.
This psychology today article (5m read) is about why hitting a big goal can leave you feeling strangely flat or empty rather than fulfilled. There's a name for it (the arrival fallacy), but I think the deeper reason is more interesting: sometimes the goals we've been chasing was never really ours to begin with.
