Day ten done but I’ll confess I did it but really struggled to focus on the reading/focused time each day. Purposeful movement and pushups were easy but need to find a way to focus the mind. Call me a nerd but I listen to books while working out.

Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far? Push-ups, reading, intentional movement, or finding the time P.S. Just finished my push-ups for today 💪 Wait for my scream at the end 😉

Day 5 - Halfway Point 🔥
We’re halfway through the challenge, so let’s take a second to look at what we’ve already stacks up 💪 If you’ve been following along, by now you’ve already done at least 100 push-ups, read 50 pages or 50 minutes, and gotten in 50 minutes of intentional movement. That’s consistency right there - showing up every day, even when it’s small, and letting it add up over time.
