If you're just joining, be sure to introduce yourself! 👋 I’m Michael. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. I spent 7 years in New York City, then made my way back to Tennessee during the pandemic. Day 7 - Keep Showing Up 💪
We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too.
