Day 10
I ventureed out after work and got steps in. I ended up catching up with friends after work but have ate better today and didn’t do much. I started this plan fine but my schedule and such got tied up later this week but whether I walked did pushups or something in between I was glad to do the challenge. I also enjoyed riding my new E bike this week more as well. All in all I’ve lost two pounds! That’s a step in the right direction!

Day 9
I did pushups but that was about it. I did do my share of reading that I do with the news. I also have moved again quite a bit. I also think I am off a day so tomorrow will be my day 10 post. I’m glad to be getting something done and definitely enjoy the challenge!

Day 8
Went for a walk earlier in the day and when I got home I went on my bike and put about two miles on it. It was quite a busy day but I did fit something in.

Day 7
Went for a nice walk and got some steps in. Got tied up in the afternoon and forgot to do pushups. I plan to knock them out today and make up for yesterday. Happy Wednesday

Did more pushups and got on the new e-bike again. Did some little reading with the news.
