I ventureed out after work and got steps in. I ended up catching up with friends after work but have ate better today and didn’t do much. I started this plan fine but my schedule and such got tied up later this week but whether I walked did pushups or something in between I was glad to do the challenge. I also enjoyed riding my new E bike this week more as well. All in all I’ve lost two pounds! That’s a step in the right direction!
