DAYYY 10!! 🔥 Went all out and completed 64 push-ups myself 🥵 Big congrats to everyone who made it through the challenge - 10 days of showing up, stacking wins, and building discipline 💪 Proud of everyone who stuck with it - let’s finish strong and keep the momentum going 🚀

VICTORY🏁🏆🥇!! It’s been an AWESOME 10 days! Thank you🙏🫶 Coach MD for letting us see that we are all much more stronger & tougher both inside & out than we had previously thought!! I wouldn’t have known this without you and the group’s support and participation!! I go forward knowing that I am much more capable of achieving my goals than I had previously thought possible. Thanks not only to MD, but to everyone here👏 who participated whether you finished the 10 days or not! Proud of each and everyone here👍🙌💪🤩😎

I must of overdid it yesterday with those 100+ pushups because I was totally soar today. But I managed to do my 50 pushups today👍 -And not only the 50 pushups but also an incredible walk during lunch outside in the great sunshine 🌞 —Reading some great biographies currently and learning great life lessons from the greats! -Drinking my 2 liters of water 💦 and abstaining from sugar and processed food. SO PROUD OF EVERYONE HERE👍🙏

Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far? Push-ups, reading, intentional movement, or finding the time P.S. Just finished my push-ups for today 💪 Wait for my scream at the end 😉

We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too. Incredible Day 7🏆! Thank you MD🙏 Without this “challenge” I would never have known I could do 40 pushups in a row (twice)🤯! No freaking way🫣🫨😵‍💫!! Can’t wait to see what I can do in the next three days🫥!! -40 pushups X 2 -Ran treadmill for 30 minutes -Resd a great article on Blake Shelton -Drsnk 2 liters of water 💦 -Continued to abstain from sugar and any processed food! Also, great job everyone💪🙌 On to DAY 8🥇
