Big congratulations to the young Buck here @Michael Dent 🎓 Michael just graduated college, which is a huge accomplishment… but honestly, it’s been awesome watching his growth outside the classroom too over the past year. Fitness started as a way to improve his body and confidence, but it also became a way to build discipline, find community, and really figure out who he is becoming. That’s what this is all about. Everybody show Young Buck some love in the comments 👇🏻 Congratulate him, give him advice, or roast him a little 😂 Proud of you brother. Big milestone. 💪

Happy Friday Movement Lab 👊 Before we head into the weekend, I want to hear one thing you’re proud of from this past week. Could be a workout. Could be staying consistent. Could be getting outside more, eating better, sleeping better, handling stress better… or something completely unrelated to fitness. Big win or small win, it counts.
