I just watched Mindset Expectations and my favorite part was about celebrating the small victories and setting a goal for this month. I’m curious what everyone else’s are so I’ll lead with mine.
Besides hitting 315 on bench. Which of course is top pf my list too.
Since today, day 2, I did a sh👌t job managing my time and diet, spent half the day in a flow state with work and didn’t prioritize my nutrition, I’m setting meal reminders and my goal is to have a perfect 6 days of hitting my macros and eating every meal. If I can do 6, I’ll move the needle. 🏆
