So yesterday I had a meet, the location of the meet was pretty close I didnโt have to really worry about waking up early. I only swam one day at the is meet because I have a important meet next weekend i really want to do well on.
I swam 3 events
100 Breaststroke (1:26.09) (I added 0.27 seconds) (6๏ธโฃth)
50 Backstoke (30.15) (dropped 0.24 seconds!)

Overall, Iโm pretty happy with my races yesterday. I have been really wanting to drop in backstroke for months! I have been using the Micheal Phelps breathing strat for a bunch of my recent meets and it has helped me tons! Also, everything is SCY.
