Interschool & Interclub in Nairobi

Yesterday was a Friendly interschool competition, with 3 nice races and a 100IM PB.

Today was interclub, a first LC competition for the season with some “new” events ( 800 and 200 free)

Sadly the events were so late, her 400 free is postpone tomorrow…

She did an amazing pacing job on her 800m free LC. And went below the 3 min in 200 IM.

We still have a lot of work before getting to the SANJ minimas but she’s getting closer to her goal.

Tonight we celebrate the wins!
