⛰️😍 He Just Got His First SWISS NATIONAL RECORD

Paul Niederberger is one of my longest clients. Not long as in tall haha. But been with me for a couple of years:

When he came to me he was an insecure, nervous and overthinking teenage swimmer who wasn't enjoying the daily grind of being a distance swimmer anymore...

Why? Cuz he trained well but kinda sucked in competition .. especially under pressure.

Fast forward to 3 years later: NEW SWISS NATIONAL RECORD and qualified for the upcoming EUROPEAN CHAMPS.
