Hey, Iโve just finished a weekend of racing and I am a little disappointed with how it went, I swam 3 races each day. I also was a lot more nervous than usual before the races that matter to me.
200 Fly: 2.43.12 ( - 2 ) ๐ฅ
100 Fly: 1:13.62 ( - 0.13) ๐ฅ
50 Fly : 32.90 ๐ฅ
200 Free 2.29.57 ( + 2 ) ๐ฅ
50 Free 32.01 ( + 0.30 ) 8th
50 Breaststroke 43.11 ( - 63) 4th
I felt really heavy in the water and on the second day and after the 200 fly I was really tired. I have been training hard over the summer especially on Free and Fly and was hoping for bigger PBs.
